Unfortunately, most opener brands don’t have a reset button. However, unplugging your opener and plugging it back in after 60 seconds has worked on some occasions. Unplugging your opener and plugging it back in allows the internal computer chip a chance to recycle its system.

Five years in total. One year for labor and four for the spring itself, which starts on the same day as your service. Your warranty also covers material and craftsmanship defects.

Your new extension spring warranty will last a total of two years starting on the first day of your service. One year for labor and another for the spring.

Warranty for garage door parts and accessories is 90 days, beginning the first day of your service. We cover labor for 30 days.
